FAQ

THE WARRANTY SHALL BE VALID EN ENFORCEABLE PROVIDED THAT:

1. This Warranty Card is returned to the grantor within 15 (fifteen) days from purchase from an approved dealer.
2. The product purchased has been properly installed and used for the purpose for which such product has been designed and manufactured

and that the warranty seal and/or serial no seal has not been tampered with.

3. Any product malfunction whatsoever is not the result of misuse, alteration, tampering, modification, improper and/or inadequate maintenance.
4. The damage and/or malfunction of the product is not caused by accident and/or any act of God.
5. The warranty on any product does not extend to bulbs, fuse, plugs, power cords, bowls, glass, lids, handles, couplers, belt, cabinet parts, rubber parts, metal steel, blades, gaskets, spark plugs, carbon brush, carburettor, oil seal, recoil starter, hose, fuel tanks, spray gun, air filter cylinder, pressure pump, cylinders, mechanic, switch and any other accessories which come together with the product.
6. The damage is not caused by the presence of a foreign body in the product such as insect, reptiles, dustorrusting and oxidation.
7. Such damage does not result from defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, stain scratches & dents on the casing or paint work on the product.
8. The warranty is limited to the actual product and not to any information, document and/or data lost as a result of whatsoever defect.
9. The warranty does not cover battery & charger, clamp meter, digital multi meter, laser level and voltage detectors.
10. The warranty is valid in Mauritius only and governed by the law of Mauritius.
11. This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.
12. The Grantor reserves the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions have been met.
13. The warranty does not cover consequential loss.
14. The warranty does not cover power fluctuation.
