How to register a complaint and request a technician visit

Contact Your Reseller

Begin by informing the reseller from whom you purchased the product about the issues you’re experiencing. They will then handle contacting the aftersales department on your behalf.

Aftersales Confirmation

Once your complaint reaches the aftersales department, an administrator will contact you to: (1)  Confirm all the details regarding the issue you’re facing. (2) Schedule a convenient time for a technician to visit your location.

Technician Visit and Diagnosis

A qualified technician will visit your location at the scheduled time to diagnose the problem with your product.

Product Pickup
(if needed)

Depending on the diagnosis, the technician may advise that the product needs further testing at a service center. If this is the case, they will arrange to pick up the product from you.

Good-on-Loan
(if applicable)

If repairs are expected to take longer than 3 business days, the aftersales department will provide you with a “good-on-loan” product (a similar functioning product) while yours is being repaired.

Important Notice

  1. In case the product cannot be repaired in 24 Working Hours, a goods on loan will be given upon signature of a ‘gol’ contract the minute the ‘gol contract’ is signed, the 24 Working Hours condition ends.
  2. The 24 Working Hours excludes logistics pick up and drop off.
  3. Misuse cases do not qualify for the 24 Working Hours.
