Ingco Warranty Terms
The warranty shall be valid en enforceable provided that
- Within the warranty period, the customer is entitled to free parts, including labour, for any inherent manufacturing defect.
- GM Punjabi reserves the right to dispose the product if it is not collected within 45 days of notification, regardless of warranty status.
- GM Punjabi reserves the right to collect any outstanding sums due prior to repair or replacement of the product, unless otherwise agreed.
- The customer must ensure that their contact details are valid on the warranty card so as to be contactable during the warranty period.
- By purchasing this product, you agree to receive marketing information from GM Punjabi.
- GM Punjabi will resolve disputes through negotiation or settlement. Unresolved disputes will be settled by the courts of the Republic of
Mauritius. - Please read the user manual before using the product. Incorrect usage of the product will not be covered under the warranty.
- Transportation costs of products to and from our service centre are to be borne by the customer unless specified otherwise.
- This warranty card is valid only if completed in full and accompanied by a copy of the proof of sale. Any missing information would deem the
warranty void. - This warranty card should be submitted by your reseller to GM Punjabi within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. This will enable us to register
the product details on our system in the event of a warranty claim. Claims made on unregistered warranty cards will not be entertained.
